How to buy a house in Hanoi, Vietnam?
Vietnam is one of the developing countries, and is also one of the countries in the world attracting very strong foreign investment, especially in the real estate market. Many foreigners move to Vietnam in general, and Hanoi in particular is a cultural and historical city to live and work. Therefore, owning a home for themselves is one of their long-term desires in the future. To learn how to buy a house in Hanoi and what to look out for as a foreigner?
Determine the type of property
One of the first things you need to do is determine the type of property you want to buy. More specifically, is it an apartment, villa, or a house? It’s a necessity because everyone’s needs are different, and so are you. And if you have already determined the type of property you want to buy, go to step two.
Determine the area
Once you’ve figured out your property type, it’s the second most important thing to do is determine the area where you want to live. Of course, everyone wants to choose an area to live that is close to work, or a place to live with full facilities around or find a property with a beautiful lake view… It’s really important because you will have to spend billions of money to enter that house, not hundreds of thousands or millions. I repeat, “That’s billions”. Therefore, determine the area you really want to be in before taking the third step.
Determine your budget
This is one of the most important factors that influence the two factors above, which is to determine your budget. You have several hundred million, you cannot buy a house in Hanoi. You have a few billion, you cannot buy a house in the Old Quarter, or near Red River, West Lake. So this is one of the very important steps in buying a house in Hanoi. Determining your budget correctly, you will be able to choose a home that meets your criteria.
