Inspired by “lumière,” meaning light in French, Lumi Hanoi adeptly conveys the core spirit of the project, likening the house to the key to life and the sustenance of life akin to light. The theme of the “city of light” is embellished based on various elements to highlight the design philosophy applied in the project. The apartment buildings are purposefully arranged to break the monotony of the project’s facade. The glass panels and architectural elements create visually intriguing effects between light and darkness not only during the day but also help guide residents home as night falls.
Lumi Hanoi is situated in a prime location to the west of Hanoi. The anticipated total development value of the project is over 1 billion Singapore dollars (equivalent to 18 trillion Vietnamese dong). The project, covering an approximate land area of 5.6 hectares, is set to begin in the first quarter of 2024.
The Lumi Hanoi apartment complex is located in a well-planned area to the west of Hanoi, adjacent to diverse amenities such as parks, schools, shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and a new administrative center. Residents can easily access the project through Thang Long Avenue, taking only 20 minutes by car to reach the central district of Hanoi and 40 minutes to reach Noi Bai International Airport. Furthermore, future connectivity is expected to improve with the operation of Metro lines 5, 6, and 7.
