Lumi Hanoi – Radiant lifestyle
The project is implemented in many phases, providing about 4,000 apartments in 9 towers from 29 to 35 floors.
Beyond mere living spaces, Lumi Hanoi pledges to establish a community that integrates sustainability, sophistication, and tranquility, reshaping the urban lifestyle. Designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou from Studio Milou, known for his work on notable projects such as the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center in Quy Nhon city and the Singapore National Gallery, Lumi Hanoi marks his debut in residential architecture in Vietnam.
Inspired by “lumière”, meaning light in French, Lumi Hanoi cleverly conveys the core spirit of the project, likening the house to being the key to life and maintaining life is similar to light.
The theme of “city of light” is intricately woven into various elements to underscore the project’s design philosophy. The arrangement of apartment buildings is deliberately curated to break the monotony of the facade. Glass panels and architectural elements create captivating visual effects, playing with light and shadow throughout the day, while also serving as a guiding beacon for residents returning home at night.
Lumi Hanoi’s distinctive landscape design draws inspiration from astronomical elements such as the sun, auroras, and stars. Unlike the flat terrain commonly found in other projects, undulating hills and pond ecosystems add depth and character. The central park offers a serene oasis and serves as a gateway to outdoor amenities.
An exceptional feature is the skywalk bridge adorned with lush greenery, stretching across the expansive project campus, providing residents with a unique elevated experience.
