On the morning of June 9, 2025, Tan A Dai Thanh Group Real Estate Joint Stock Company – Meyland (MEYGROUP) held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Galia Hanoi project, located on the frontage of Do Muoi Street (Yen So, Hoang Mai) and in the core of Hanoi’s strategic Ring Road 3.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the board of directors of the investor MEYGROUP, strategic partners representing 16 distributors and construction contractors. The ceremony attracted the attention of the market thanks to the scale and vision of the project – considered a new living symbol in the South of Hanoi.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh – Deputy General Director of Tan A Dai Thanh Group and Permanent Deputy General Director of MEYGROUP shared: “Inspiration from timeless beauty has been transformed into the project’s consistent development philosophy – that is, creating a sustainable living space, promoting natural elements, culture and community connection. Galia Hanoi is not simply a housing project, but also a declaration of contemporary lifestyle – luxurious, sophisticated and profound”.

Representatives of strategic distribution units also expressed their confidence in the project’s potential. Mr. Nguyen Van Tan – General Director of AHS Real Estate Joint Stock Company shared: “As one of Galia Hanoi’s business partners, we are very impressed and have high expectations for the project. After only 2 weeks of officially launching the market, Galia Hanoi has received a lot of attention, support and appreciation from the public and investors. I have heard many positive feedbacks from customers, showing that this is a very strategic project in the South, affirming the capacity and dedication of a pure real estate developer like MEYGROUP. Galia Hanoi is a project that we believe will bring sustainable and long-term value to customers”.

With a scale of 6,088m², Galia Hanoi consists of a 33-storey tower, 3 basements and a limited number of 798 luxury apartments. The project is the first product in Hanoi of MEYGROUP – a real estate brand of Tan A Dai Thanh Group, following the “Pure” real estate development orientation with 3 core values: ecological – fresh – connected.
Not only possessing a strategic location – right on the front of Do Muoi Street, directly connected to Ring Road 3 and only 15 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake, Galia Hanoi also impresses with its architectural design inspired by mountains, waterfalls and sea of clouds. The facade of the building is a combination of Leaves and Glass – an artistic dialogue created by HBA (Singapore). Meanwhile, the entire interior was “penned” by Aedas – the design unit behind the iconic Marina Bay Sands (Singapore), with The Naturalist inspiration combining natural materials and harmonious neutral colors.
The project’s ecological utility system is also invested in a systematic way, stretching along the height of the tower – recreating the scene of a green forest in the heart of a modern high-rise building. This unique concept was implemented by Belt Collins (Hong Kong) – the world’s leading landscape design brand. Accompanying it is CBRE as the operation management consultant and Illumination – the unit that creates the artistic landscape lighting system. The project is also designed according to the international green building certification standards Edge.
Galia Hanoi is considered one of the very few high-rise projects located entirely in the core of Ring Road 3. With a wide view and a multi-layered living space connected to nature, Galia Hanoi opens up a truly different living experience – between a modern Hanoi but still containing the beauty of nature and cultural depth.

With its sophisticated design and solid legal foundation, Galia Hanoi quickly became the new focal point of the real estate market in the South of Hanoi. The project is not only a milestone in the development journey of MEYGROUP in the capital, but also an affirmation of the sustainable, thoughtful and inspiring development vision of a real estate brand with a pure living philosophy in the heart of Hanoi.
