The strategic cooperation event between HDMon Group and Indochina Capital took place in Hanoi on the morning of September 23rd, 2024.
After the success of The Zei project (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi), to enhance the cooperation between the two units, HDMon Group and Indochina Capital have decided to join hands and become strategic partners in the near future.
Sharing at the event, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice President of HDMon Group, said that with real estate projects, choosing a partner plays a very important role, deciding the success of the project.
Indochina Capital is a unit that has developed and operated many high-end real estate projects in the Vietnamese market, affirming its reputation and position in accompanying domestic investors. With HDMon Group, the two sides have cooperated since The Zei project and have been very successful.
Therefore, both HDMon Group and Indochina Capital want to continue to accompany each other in creating quality real estate projects, providing the market with increasingly better products. This is the reason why both sides decided to upgrade and become strategic partners.
According to Mr. Michael Piro, General Director of Indochina Capital Group, this cooperation event will continue to deepen the already close relationship between the two units. Accordingly, Indochina Capital will continue to accompany HDMon Group in developing future projects, first of all, The Nelson Private Residence in Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi.
Also within the framework of the event, HDMon Group and Indochina Capital officially introduced The Nelson Private Residence project. The project has a scale of 27 floors above ground (including 24 apartment floors), 3 basements, typical 2-bedroom apartments (83 – 87 m2), 3-bedroom apartments (106 m2) and a limited number of duplexes and penthouses. Currently, the project is 95% completed and can be handed over soon.
The difference of The Nelson Private Residence comes from its scarcity, international standards, emphasis on privacy, meeting real housing needs, exploiting for rent and impressive price increase potential.
According to representatives of the two units, The Nelson Private Residence is a project that both sides have cherished for a long time and carefully considered the timing of its launch, hoping to relieve the thirst for luxury apartments in Hanoi’s inner city. The expected price of the project is from 135 million VND/m2.
